First step is to find what makes you laugh, and what others like too. Search up funny pranks on YouTube and try to see how they pull off the funny videos. For recording, try to start out simple with a library prank or asking people funny question. To record video and audio without having to spend big bucks, use a good quality camera phone and another phone to record audio and just start recording at the same time and end at the same time. Depends on the jurisdiction. In some places you would be caught from CCTV monitoring and identification and then you. would be sent to a judge and possibly sent to a juvenile school and home. In some areas you would be fined ( a lot by the way) and be sent in front of a judge with possible reparations for the disturbance, charged the expenses from the emergency services that had to come and check everything out,

 

to the school board for the same to the teachers, and finally you would get a new school most likely. It all depends on the outcome and the area you do it in. By the way I would not recommend it in this day and age of some very sue happy people and governments having to deal with all the finances that are striking them right now.

“She insults him.” - a couple of possibilities here. One, she insulted him to reinforce her rejection - that’s sometimes unfortunately necessary as a “polite” rejection seems to somehow get translated in the guys head as “if I keep badgering her, eventually she’ll give in and agree” so a lot of girls are harsh out of necessity to make it crystal clear it’s not ever happening. Two, she enjoys insulting people generally, in which case he dodged a bullet anyway as that’s an unpleasant character trait - would he want to take someone like that to the dance?

“A funny prank could he and his friends play on her and her friends to get back at her.” - this is the dangerous part of this. Pranks tend to be mean spirited and given the setup situation this sounds like he wants to humiliate her for having the temerity to turn him down. Also there’s no logical reason to drag his friends into whatever stupid scheme he has planned or target her friends who most likely had nothing to do with the situation.

This whole idea is stupidly juvenile and chances are someone is going to end up hurt, perhaps badly and the whole scenario suggests a major problem with entitlement.

“I asked her out nicely, how DARE she turn me down! I’m going to make her pay!”

If you don’t find THAT disturbing you should. He should chalk it up to experience, move on and be the better person here. Period.
