We used to do this all the time, it was loads of fun. At the end of a long flight, as we were approaching our destination, one of us would eject. It was a hilarious prank, the person who did it would get free drinks at the bar all night.
Well, it didn't always work out that way. Ejecting is quite dangerous, with injuries common. So sometimes the person who ejected ended up in the hospital, or dead, then it was slightly less funny. And then there were those times when the pilot wasn't found quickly and froze, if it was cold, or drowned, or just plain got lost in the wilderness.
And occasionally, the wreckage would land on a school, or set a huge forest fire, and of course we thought that just made the prank even more funny!
Seriously? Ejecting isn't like rolling out of bed, it's a serious, dangerous business. It turns out that it is much more likely that a pilot will wait too long to eject, until they are outside the safe ejection envelope, than that someone will eject with no reason.

Trust me, this is a bad idea. These things have a way of escalating out of control and the end result is likely to be a net loss for everyone involved. We should however break this down
“A funny prank could he and his friends play on her and her friends to get back at her.” - this is the dangerous part of this. Pranks tend to be mean spirited and given the setup situation this sounds like he wants to humiliate her for having the temerity to turn him down.
Also there’s no logical reason to drag his friends into whatever stupid scheme he has planned or target her friends who most likely had nothing to do with the situation.
This whole idea is stupidly juvenile and chances are someone is going to end up hurt, perhaps badly and the whole scenario suggests a major problem with entitlement.
