You can get funny reaction clips form YouTube. All you have to do is to search for “Funny reaction clips” in the YouTube search. As you said you will use these clips in your channel videos so don't forget to use “Creative Commons” filter while searching.
Tik Tok itself is one of the funny program in which it is been invented to humiliate the sentiments of the great actors, dialogue, script etc. because basically in tik tok people whom they are thinking as so called actors are not called as actor, they cannot be called as an actors, but the exact word which can be given is called as “immitators” Who donot have any better work and for the wasting of time and wasting of internet money, and making the fun of some body’s scene and sentiment is the major work going on the Tik tok.
Basically now i donot like tik tok, But to be frank when it was in the earlier or in the beginning stages which was called as “Musically” I too have tried out few videos, then only i came to the conclusion that it is just a stupid App for passing the time.

You cannot use someone else’s content without permission. Doing so is illegal copyright infringement. If YouTube is able to tell that your content was not made by you, they would never approve you for monetization because that leaves them liable to be sued for copyright infringement.
Also, achieving monetization is a LOT of work. You will need to do a lot of marketing online to get people to discover your channel and then watch the videos there. If the videos do not really fit them as a target audience, they you have been marketing to the wrong people; a waste of time.
50% of your time should be in making new content. 50% in marketing that content to the intended target audience. Do not guess who would watch your videos—decide who you are making videos for and then make content that they will like. Then find those people on the internet and tell them about your channel.

That doesn't fit the narrow rules of fair use. Clips shows that compile content by other people doesn't fit the allowed purposes: review, commentary or criticism of a creator’s body of work, news reporting, academic use, parody.
Further, you are expected to create new content. A voice over doing your commentary at least.
This is a fair use video. Note how much work the creator had to put into it.
This is a classic dog joke. Most large dogs do this and find it hilarious but needs to be discouraged as they may inadvertently do it in play to the wrong person ie a small child (I've seen this done and the little kid did cartwheels before landing) or an elderly person who at best won't appreciate it or at worst be injured.
