I guess you mean the one in which an actor do funny stuffs for example jumping like a clown to make people laugh, forcefully? NO. I really hate such type of comedies in which the actor's are really trying hard to make people laugh. Maybe a typical Pakistani will like such movies, but the majority won't (I assume typical Pakistani will be part of majority). We Pakistanis are blessed with great sense of humor, and its really difficult to make us laugh, unless it's a really funny scene, by funny I mean such witty remarks or dialogues, etc. Doing funny steps, jumping like a clown won't make us laugh. Maybe those who enjoy the cinema of 70's or 80's will enjoy such type of a comedy.
Also our stage comedians like Umar Sharif, Sohail Ahmed, Shakeel Siddiqui, etc raised the bars so high for us, that makes it difficult for ORDINARY comedians to make us laugh. Hope I answered your question.If not, do tell me I will explain with more details.

If you mean it to be an idea that has 100% nothing but original, never before been done, never seen, never thought content, then most likely, yes - originality is essentially gone. There’s almost always some parallel to another idea that has been done before.
But if you mean it to be an idea/end concept that has some, but not all, original content, or an original take on and old concept, then statistically, no, never. There’s just too many ways to statistically “reinvent the wheel” (make it X color, make it Y diameter, make it Z width - even with those 3 parameters, you will find a combination that has never been done before, therefore it is original).

If your comedy videos are just you doing standup comedy, then the production would not cost much. If they are full sitcom production, these would take many thousands of dollars to produce.
